We are commanded in the scriptures to be thankful and grateful in all things.
“In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18
We must all learn what it means to be thankful and grateful in all things and all circumstances – not just in the good times of life, but the difficult ones too. God’s promises are activated by our acknowledgement of His blessing and expression of our gratefulness.
